Thanks. I am always looking for ways to better grow or better prepare the food from my garden. Eating healthier has really helped me keep my waistline in check.

OK, give it a shot, Jeff. Funny that you say that what I write comes out of nowhere. Seems rather arrogant. How do you know? I am not interested in backing up everything I write and most of us can't. My interest is in presenting an alternative to what you get from mainstream media which is backed by the pharmaceutical/medical/industrial complex. Everyone has to take what he or she reads and test it out. If I provoke some level of questioning, I've done my job.

I do have over 25 years of experience in the health care profession and my own experience with nondrug alternatives to vaccines and other meds. No one can be put in a test tube and produce some level of scientific data. There really is no such thing as science as it applies to curing people at this point in time. Healing is an individual journey with individual responses.

All this to say that there is no one truth. We each have to discover and learn what we want while on planet earth.

Yes, Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Focus on patient education so people need docs less and take responsibility for their health.
What would the insurance companies, hospitals, doctors, lawyers, medical industry do if people started feeling healthy and not need to take drugs, expensive diagnostic tests, unnecessary surgeries, etc? Imagine...

Hi Ashwaganda. Yes, my first website blog. Thanks. I did send out an email journal for several years to my patients but found it too time consuming to continue. Blogging is a lot easier and actually reaches a lot of people I would never meet. Links are on website.
