The aura of fear and mistrust is so palpable, you’d think we’re losing our right to breathe! I just read Michael Pollan’s article in the NY Times several days ago and so appreciate his take on how and why we’re completely missing the point and why we’ll continue, as a nation, to focus on everything but the obvious (paying lip service to “prevention”).

Let me know what you think of Pollan’s article and share your ideas about what you and I can do personally to change our consciousness about what health care actually is. Is it too late? Are we too sick? Too busy? Too disenchanted?
